Leave Encashment, Casual Leave And Sick Leave in Pakistan

Leave Encashment is the term used to describe the amount payable to an employee for his leaves period. Employer sets this period and varies from employer to employer. In Pakistan, usually it is 25 to 30 days in Private companies. These are calculated in a pro ratio basis. If the casual leaves has all been used then the balance is deducted from the salary if the employee exceed its limits set by the management.
